When reserving your accommodation, a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total reservation amount is required within 48 hours to secure the booking. The remaining balance, including all taxes and fees, will be due and processed to your credit card on file at 30 days prior to the check-in date (60 Days for *Holiday Bookings). If reserving your accommodation within 30 days of the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be required at the time of booking.
Please note: We only accept credit/debit card online payment for all reservations. We do not accept cash payment or cheques.
Beach Living will honour a full refund, less any transaction fees, if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of when the booking was created, or if cancelled outside of 30 days from the check-in date. (60 Days for *Holiday Bookings)
Bookings made within 14 days of check-in date and cancelled within 48 hours of when the booking was created will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within 30 Days of the check-in date, (60 Days for *Holiday Bookings) only the cleaning fee and tourism taxes will be refunded, less transaction fees. The accommodation fare is non-refundable.
*Holiday Bookings include dates from December 20th – January 3rd, Thanksgiving, and Good Friday through Easter Monday.
